My good friend Simon surprised me while I was working on homework in the student lounge. I haven’t seen him since graduation. He’s sucha goofy kid lol It’s funny because even though he has a disability, he can hold conversations better than anyone I know. People think he’s annoying or weird but I think he’s mad cool. He talked about his new wardrobe, Avril Lavigne, public showers, body building, and so many other things I wouldn’t imagine talking about with anyone else. He’s smarter than people give him credit for. When he left, a lady sitting next to me leaned over and said, “You’re a good friend.” I don’t know about that, but Simon is just someone that’s easy to connect with. You just gotta let him. People shun him away because of what they hear or see. But he’s really a chill guy. Random, yes. But at least there’s never an awkward silence around him.
